Hamish provides investigative research on a range of matters with a primary focus on the Middle East and North Africa.
Proficient in Arabic and French, Hamish has lived and worked in Jordan, the Palestinian Territories and Switzerland. Prior to joining Raedas, he held voluntary roles with charitable organisations in Wales and Nepal. He also worked in a supporting role at a Geneva law firm providing translation and analysis.
Hamish holds an MA in Arabic and Comparative Literature from the University of St Andrews and studied colloquial Arabic in Amman.
