We are pleased to announce the strategic hire of Ekaterina (Kat) Rozenbaum to the newly created role ‘Head of Client Relations’ based in London.

Kat joins Raedas from Mishcon de Reya, where she acted as Head of Business Development for the disputes practice. Prior to this, she spent nine years running the London office of EPAM Law Offices, building relationships with corporates, financial institutions and law firms globally.

Kat will work with the Raedas senior team to enhance existing client relationships, while expanding our client network across key markets in Europe, Latin America, the United States, the CIS, MENA and Asia.

Kat’s background as an English qualified solicitor, as well as her market insight and existing network, will be invaluable in anticipating our clients’ needs and in partnering with them on strategic solutions.

“Throughout my career in big law and boutiques, I have seen the pivotal value-add that trusted investigators can bring to complex litigation. In my view, Raedas lead when it comes to ensuring professionalism in the law firm / investigator relationship. I am thrilled to join Raedas, and help further cement its role in the disputes arena,” says Kat.

“Kat’s appointment, and the creation of this role, is an investment by Raedas in bolstering the strategic partnership with our existing and growing client base. Through Kat, we gain further insight into the extreme challenges the legal community and our ultimate clients face in navigating contentious scenarios – and ensure we remain proactive in identifying strategies and solutions that directly benefit them,” says co-founding partner Nicholas Bortman.

“Kat is extraordinarily well-regarded within the dispute focused legal community. We are thrilled to have her as part of the team in London,” he continues.

Kat is an officer of the International Bar Association’s Law Firm Management Committee. She studied law at the London School of Economics & Political Science.
